Project Delivery

Continuing the conversation on cybersecurity leaders’ concerns is Project Delivery. Cybersecurity leaders will have concerns within this domain. The concerns are driven by secure design, portfolio management, and project management methodology. All projects (IT, cybersecurity, in-house development) must be secure by design, development, implementation, maintenance, and decommissioning. They all require the application of secure design principles. The primary perspective is to reduce cybersecurity risks from vulnerabilities that could lead to an exposure or breach. Likewise, secure-by-design considerations must be integrated within the differing project management methodologies that projects will take on.
